Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of W W Pallets, Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

W W Pallets, Inc. provides pallet supply services including new pallets, used pallets, recycled pallets, custom pallets, and heat treated pallets. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

Orders and Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance by W W Pallets, Inc. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Prices are subject to change without notice. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Payment terms will be specified on your invoice. We accept various forms of payment including check, credit card, and wire transfer.

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery dates, but we are not liable for delays. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery.

Product Quality

All pallets are sold as-is for their intended use. We inspect our products for quality, but variations in wood characteristics are normal and not considered defects.

Heat treated pallets comply with ISPM-15 international standards. Custom pallets are manufactured to your specifications as agreed upon in writing.

Returns and Refunds

Claims for damaged or defective products must be made within 48 hours of delivery. We will inspect claimed defects and, at our discretion, replace or refund defective products. Returns must be authorized in advance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, W W Pallets, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of W W Pallets, Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
